What's your turn-around time?

How should I submit my artwork?
We recommend submitting artwork in vector format to ensure the best possible print quality. If needed, we can vectorize your design for an additional fee. We also may be able to work with PSD or raster images, as long as they’re scaled to size and have a transparent background.

What are your max print width & height?
Standard max print size is 13" x 15", but if you’re going big, we can stretch it up to 14" x 18". Just a heads-up — jumbo prints have a $3 upcharge per piece.

Do you offer samples?
Samples are only offered for Embroidery, DTG and DTF orders.

When do I pay?
We request that payment be paid 100% upfront before we begin any production work.

Do you offer refunds?
Before we kick off production, we send you a mock-up of your order so you can review and approve all the details. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds. That said, if something isn’t quite right with your order due to an error on our end, we’ll hook you up with a credit for your next purchase.
